PROFILE

Pham Thanh Van is a seasoned Chief Accountant. Van has over 20 years of experience in the field of accounting and financial controlling and is particularly familiar with accounting principles for both national and international projects. During her course of work, she has taken charge of budgeting, financial planning and management of all project/organization expenditures. Furthermore, she is accustomed to the reporting systems following the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and the international donors (World Bank, ADB, UNDP, etc.). In each project, Van ensures that expenditures are verified and approved, and that financial documents remain undisclosed.
