OVERVIEW
The Program for Results-based (PforR) Rural Water Supply and Sanitation under the National Target Program will support NTP3 in eight geographically-clustered provinces: Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Hanoi, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Ha Nam, Vinh Phuc, and Thanh Hoa.
The baseline verification is intended to verify the accuracy of the reported figures in the Provincial Plans, by conducting household and institutional surveys in the eight participating provinces on a sample basis. In addition, the baseline verification would physically verify 100% of water supply schemes under construction but not yet commissioned in the eight provinces.
