Profile

Prior to joining MDRI, Ngoc had possessed work experience in an NGO setting where she gained practical knowledge of internationally-funded development programs. As a Research Assistant at MDRI, she is involved in multiple projects covering diverse themes (sustainable agriculture, gender equality, women leadership, employability skills, multidimensional inequalities, and climate change impacts,..) and approaches (household survey, secondary analysis, interviews, case studies,…) with the hope to broaden her horizon and acquire a profound understanding of applied research. In the future, she would like to develop her expertise in conducting interdisciplinary research to scrutinize the impacts of national policies/ international agreements at the society level, especially in the areas of labor and immigration, education, and sociology.
