Tran Ngoc Anh is an Assistant Professor at the School of Public & Environmental Affairs, Indiana University. He received an award for student teaching from the J.F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, as well as various fellowships for studying. His professional interests focus on institutions, behaviour of bureaucrats, entrepreneurs and workers in developing countries, and corruption issues. His past jobs include working for the World Bank Institute, the United Nations Development Programme and Vietnam’s Prime Minister’s Research.
