Profile
Le Thi Ly joined MDRI as a Research analyst at the final stage of her Ph.D for International Relations at the University of Nottingham, the UK. Her Ph.D study is fully sponsored by the Vietnamese Ministry of Education. She obtained her MA in Development Economics from a joint program between the National Economics University, Vietnam and the International Institute of Social Sciences, Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. With the expertise in mix-methods research design and capacity for internal and external relations management, Ly has contributed to multiple impact evaluation projects in education, infrastructure, labour, and poverty clearance.
