Ngo Ha Quyen is MDRI’s Project Manager. Quyen joined MDRI as a research analyst after finishing her study in Germany. She graduated from the renowned Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich and obtained her M.Sc. of Economics at the same university. Prior to joining MDRI, she has experience after years of working as a research assistant at the Ifo Institute for Economic Research in Germany. After going back to Vietnam, Quyen is highly enthusiastic about development work. She demonstrates strong capabilities in project management, analytical thinking and great work ethics. At MDRI, she has been managing a wide selection of large scale projects. Some notable projects that she managed include Research to improve Vietnam’s Education System (RISE), Beneficiary Impact Assessment of Mekong Delta Transport Infrastructure (MDTIDP), Cao Lanh Bridge Mid-term Impact Evaluation, Endline Impact Assessment of Central Highlands Poverty Reduction Project, Vietnam High-Frequency Monitoring Survey of COVID-19 Impacts on Household Welfare and Household Business Activities, Citizens’ Opinions of and Experiences with Government Responses to COVID-19 Pandemic in Vietnam.
