Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong, a senior researcher from the Vietnam Institute of Economics, under the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences. Dr. Phuong, has expertise in the social impacts of just transition, inclusivepoverty assessment, gender equality, social protection, digitalization, and governance. Ms. Phuong completed her Master’s degree at the Vietnam-Netherlands Economics Development Program, Vietnam National Economics University, and her Ph.D. in social network, household businesses, and ethnic poverty assessment at the Dauphine Paris University.
